A COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE
As we continue to prioritize the health & well being of our Distribution Center team, please be aware that order processing may take longer than usual. We will post updates here if there are any anticipated delays.
If you are currently unable to receive deliveries via certain carriers due to COVID-19, please be aware that our domestic orders are sent via a mix of carriers - USPS, DHL, UPS etc. The exact carrier is auto-determined during fulfillment. If you need to avoid a specific carrier, please shoot us a note immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate! Due to carrier restrictions, our 16 oz Hand Sanitizer will only ship via DHL with USPS carrying the final mile.

I live outside the United States. Is Megababe available internationally?
Currently, Megababe ships internationally to Canada and Australia. We are working to expand our international shipping capabilities and/or partner with additional international resellers and hope to be coming to your neck of the woods soon! Stay tuned on Instagram (@megababe

When will my order ship?
Once you place your order, processing typically takes 2-3 business days but during the busy holiday season, please allow 5 days processing time. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our hands. See COVID-19 update above.
I live in Canada. Will I owe taxes, duties or other fees on my purchase?
Currently, Megababe is not required to charge Canadian customers tax or duty at checkout but that is subject to change. Megababe products are made in the USA and therefore duty is not applicable.
Tax is where shipping to Canada gets a little tricky, at least for those of us south of the border. Please be advised that depending on the Province you live in, tax may be collected at time of delivery and is the responsibility of the customer to pay. The carrier may also assess handling fees at their discretion which is out of our control and also the responsibility of the customer to pay.
I live in Canada or Australia. How long will it take to receive my order?
If you select Ground at checkout, expect shipping to take anywhere from 7-21 business days. Depending on the shipping address, an expedited option may also be available at checkout. Regardless of shipping method, processing typically takes an additional 2-3 days.
About Freight Forwarders and Hand Carry
We know that some of our international fans desperately need our products and we continue to evaluate international expansion. Until further expansion, if a freight forwarding service or hand-carrying is used to ship items internationally, we will not be held responsible for damages, defects or lost items once your order is delivered to your freight forwarder.
The product I purchased was a pre-order / backorder but my credit card was charged immediately. What gives?
The back-end payment processor we use requires a customer's credit card be charged within 7 days of a transaction. If a product is on backorder and requires more than 7 days to resupply, we still need to capture funds at the time of the transaction. If this is a concern, we totally get it – send us a note at email@example.com. We will notify you when the product is back in stock and you can place your order at that time.
My order shows delivered on the UPS/DHL/USPS website but I can't find it anywhere. What should I do?
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number. Most packages do turn up in a day or two but after that we are happy to open a case with the carrier on your behalf.

I purchased at Target, Ulta, Amazon, or one of your retailers and have an issue with my order. Can you help?
Because your purchase was with one of our partnering retailers, we’re unable to initiate a return, exchange, or replacement if the item was damaged. We’re so sorry about the hassle but we don’t have access to their systems! All of our partnering retailers have amazing teams that can help out so we suggest reaching out to them directly :)
I’m a retailer interested in carrying Megababe products in my store. Who do I talk to?
What do I do if my product melts or freezes?
Oops! Your beach bag sat in the hot sun and now your Thigh Rescue is soft and melty. Don’t worry, exposure to excessive heat (or cold) won’t impact the efficacy of the formula. Just place your Thigh Rescue upright at room temperature (or in the fridge for speedier results) and allow the formula to re-harden. You may notice a slight change in texture, but the formula itself is just as effective, we promise!
Does my product expire?
While there is no official expiration date, we recommend using the product within 2 years of manufacture or within 6 months after opening for best results and product quality.
Do you test on animals?
As if! All our testing is done exclusively on human megababes.
