How to use

COLDIES Cooling Neck Collar

  • Remove COLDIES Cooling Neck Collar from the box.

  • Wrap Collar around neck. Cooling is immediate & lasts up to 30 minutes.

  • When cooling subsides, Neck Collar will feel soft & squishy.

  • Remove & place them in a room temperature space for about 60 mins or pop them in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. Once solidified, they are ready to use again!

  • Repeat indefinitely!

COLDIES Bra Inserts

  • Remove COLDIES Bra Inserts from the box.

  • Tuck between skin & bra. Cooling is immediate & lasts up to 30 minutes.

  • When cooling subsides, the Bra Inserts will feel soft & squishy.

  • Remove & place them in a room temperature space for about 60 mins or pop them in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. Once solidified, they are ready to use again!
  • Repeat indefinitely!
