  • Remove from box.

  • Wrap collar around neck. Cooling is immediate & lasts up to 30 minutes.

  • Remove when cooling subsides. Collar will now feel soft & squishy.

  • Restore at room temperature for 30-60 minutes. Once solidified, it is ready to use again.

  • Repeat indefinitely! COLDIES Neck Collar is designed to be reused again and again.

  • Remove from box

  • Tuck between skin & bra. Cooling is immediate & lasts up to 30 minutes.

  • Remove when cooling subsides. Inserts will now feel soft & squishy.
